GUIDES | UNIFICATION BOARD At one time all Comcast digital products were run in silos. As business strategies shifted, we need to harmonize the customer experience. This effort entailed unifying IA, UX, UI, visuals, iconography, imagery, interaction, motion, labels, nomenclature and messaging throughout all digital products. This was no easy task. ​A unification board and studio were formed to help move forward quickly—and spearhead internal evangelization amongst all of our teams developing digital products.
